I don't know if we are done yet, 50/50 ..but we should get a rally real soon. If the rally don't leave a lot of gap ups and has some very very strong volume then I'll feel better than 50/50.. Trouble with the Gap ups is in the tricks they use after hrs on thin volume, while that might squeezes some shorts doing so just sets up for another down leg after the shorts cover. The moves UP have to happen with the markets wide open for a rally to take and hold enough to end the bear market, If it don't the bear stays with us until it does. Don't ever trust a market that GAPS UP they are sometimes tradeable but all UP gaps will fill or at least cancel out in time. Like you may leave an UP gap behind you and go higher then gap down to cancel it, in that case you could say it filled. Down gaps don't have to fill. Jim
