Good thread on defense stocks here: Subject 51733. Security stocks are INVN and MAGS and a few others I hadn't heard about before this incident. I won't touch the IDX issue. ;<)

Hank... Re: Defense Stocks Awhile back I made an investment in Viisage which is a microcap stock and is one of two companies that focus on Biometric Face Scanning. Visionics is the other. Since the tragedy, their stock has been going like gangbusters rising from 2 to over 5. In addition to face scanning I believe they have some 35 or so states in which they issue the drivers licence cards. I am not touting this stock and suggest everyone do their DD. I believe it is a high risk stock however I also feel that they will be a strong factor in highly sensitive security sites. I would appreciate comments from anyone. Regards Bob T.
