Wrong again, oh ye of incomparable ignorance.... All my employees have internet access. We don't punch time clocks here. As long as every one gets their work done in a timely manner I don't care what they do with their time otherwise. We have no set vacation schedules, no rigid hours (I let them make their own schedules the only constant being phone coverage) and no dress code unless they are meeting a client or appearing in Court. As for "shortchanging", once again, I know its something a feather bedding union puke can not understand, but the word is MULTITASKING. My employees have never missed a paycheck nor a Christmas bonus either. They also share in any unexpected windfalls we receive which happens from time to time... Now that you've confirmed for all what a total j-*ss you are, maybe you'll crawl back into your hole... JLA
