Nice article, Claude. If investment demand for physical metal stays high, we should see lease rates start to move (and with short term T-bill rates down next to zero, it shouldn't take much to see the carry trade get blown out). Certainly I've gotten less of the "you-are-a-lunatic-if-you-mention-"gold"-and-"investing"-in-the-same-sentence" when the subject comes up in conversation with family and friends of late.
