Have you ever used "Access"?

It is only as effective as the information that you feed it, in order to build and organize an Access database although it is automated if you choose the proper commands.

It is user friendly and can be used to upload and sort numeric data as well as respond to many "sort" commands. (Charts ect)

It can also "import" Excel data as well as share it's database, which can be shared by multiple users but in a password protected environment.

On the user end of the interface a user "can" have his/her database updated without a download IMO. This can be done through the main interface and by one Access user. The data is secure but the change is not noticed and an upload is not needed.

I have written something that I have taken from the theory thinking stage into a full blown testing phase and it works very well.

The above takes NO IT skills to do.....it only takes a simple-minded thinking process.

:8-)
