>>>but I am scared that this market may be going nowhere for quite a while still.

You may be right, but I'm not one to follow the heard. In any case, best wishes to you, and sometimes faith and hope prevail. I think martin luther king said something to the effect...if I knew the world was going to end tomorrow, I would still plant an apple tree today...

Best Wishes all (pardon any spelling mistakes..)

Benny (p.s. TLindt, I never talk politics, partially cause I'm a democrat that likes the stock market, but I will admit, the President gave one of the greatest speeches I've ever heard, God Bless).

I am afraid you may be right. As long as Joseph Abby Cohen sees the market "undervalued" and a V-shape recovery in her eyes, I am afraid the market has not reached a bottom yet. I fear her majesty has to give up first before we see a true bottom, although a short term, technical type of rally can not be ruled out.

Wish us all good luck here.

>>> What makes you think the market will rally when we bomb Afghanistan? That will not be the end of this war...only the beginning. We can almost surely expect more attacks here in our own country.

When its all said and done, Mr. Mo, I care a hell of a lot more about this prediction than the one about the market direction. Unfortuntately, I think this is a surer bet than any prediction on the market.
