yep I agree, saw your recent additions to your profile btw... American intent on this issue is clearly stated. I expect even the IRA have their thinking caps on at the moment. I am half Irish myself and know that situation fairly well. Getting rid of terrorism is a fine goal for the civilized world to strive for. Needs lots of patience and aquired skill with out a doubt. Powerful military backup with dedicated national will is important too of course. There are lots of land mines in Afghanistan, and lots of political land mines in the new war on terrorism too. No doubt some mistakes will be made, but we need to be ready to go up the learning curve on this new war against terrorism fast. The bad guys have a head start on us. The security forces have been shielding us joe public types for a long time, mistakes were eventually made, this is no time to make any incriminations imho. Lets get on with it.
