thanks, that link's a classic. do the limbo limbo...
if history's any guide, asset bubbles ALWAYS give back ALL their overvaluation. and those market averages didn't exist because history was just a collection of "overvalued" and "average-valued" markets. the average was just a momentary cross street on the way to "undervalued". the idea that the market could just be average-valued, not to mention undervalued, seems to remain unthinkable.
