coug: You're making me think too much! re Willie Nelson. I like him, but not really very many of the tunes, etc, just a few. Talent? Bigtime. As a person, he's a classic anti-Establishment hell-raising fool, ain't he? LOL!! Musically speaking, I prefer blues. Stevie Ray Vaughan. Jimmy. Favorites. And more broadly (from Central/South Texas oriented/based musicians, I mean) Dr. John, John Lee Hooker, BB King, etc.) The Subdudes are the best musicians of the 20th century, IMO. They're not together anymore. Check out 'Annunciation.' Probably everybody on this ornery board would like it. LOL. Blues/rock/gospel...all just genius. Yes!
