Rich you are not correct totally, it is 8 degees and 3 degrees is Northeast while 355 is not Southwest 355 is North West.

360 = North
1-89 = Northeast
90 = East
91-179 = Southeast
180 = South
181-269 = Southwest
270 = West
271-359 Northwest

Do you agree?
