I was in Junior George country today, a soccer tournament in Temple, for far from Crawford and not far from Fort Hood, the largest of army bases. Many of the surrounding teams were from the Fort Hood area and I heard a lot of parent's converstations about people's plans. The plans are already extending 2 years into the future. RIGHT QUICK did not seem to be one of the topics.
