Now that you mention it, CDMA phragmented photons will be instrumental in bringing peace to earth and goodwill to men. Already China is bustling away getting CDMA on line. They are going to make a lot of money and get a lot of communication from CDMA. In three years, a United Nations founded Afghanistan will be up and running with CDMA. That's the quickest and cheapest way of getting telecommunications going.

Reducing economic turbulence requires viscosity reduction which is the equivalent of friction reduction. Cyberspace in general and CDMA photons in particular are great for reducing internal friction and increasing the Reynolds Number of the world's economy.
