I don't have anything against Rambi and her children. However, Rambi let out a little whimper of her own last week and sent me a couple of PMs I would have to call "personalized." Airlines don't make decisions and policies, people do (sounds like some kind of gun argument, huh?). Anyway, I thought I'd share my personal views with an airline person. And, FURTHERMORE, don't you think your own flying experiences might be improved if the airlines treated passengers like persons? As for coug and bogus, maybe they can volunteer as boogie woogie bugle persons.
