LOL. There have always been the ones that will ride the coattails of the rest, and benefit from the sacrifices that are willingly given by the brave. But.........Seriously, it's probably a good thing. They're probably fools, possibly cowards, definitely muddleheaded thinkers, but all in all probably temper the "hawks" thinking enough that we don't blow ourselves all up. So, in that respect, they probably serve a purpose.

if the co-eds treat fighting bin laden and islam as their cause because of what media stresses re life of women in islamic countries, the male students may prefer the parties of those who support w's policy, rather than the anti-war parties. analagously, many had a good time on civil rights marches in the south in the 1960's, demonstrating at chicago democrat convention in 1968, canvassing for mccarthy in 1968, protesting viet nam war, etc.
