SanDisk Cards at Costco

I just returned from the Costco Membership Warehouse in Beltsville, MD where I found that the only memory cards for sale were manufactured by SanDisk. There were no Simple Technology cards nor any other brand on display.

These SanDisk cards took up about 10 feet of shelf space:

55 each 64 MByte Smart Media cards at $ 37.99 each (apparently 9 of 55 had been sold).
18 each 64 MByte Compact Flash cards at $36.99 each

The CF cards were packed in Merchandise Pickup boxes so I was not able to determine how many had been sold.

Would someone else care to give similar report on Memory Cards at Costco?

This also bodes well for future demand:

NEW YORK (CNNfn) - Kopin Corp., the maker of flat panel display products, gained in Tuesday morning trading after the company said it expects to exceed its third- quarter earnings estimates.

Kopin (KOPN: up $1.47 to $10.40, Research, Estimates). The flat panel display products maker said Monday that results for its third quarter will exceed expectations amid higher customer demand, and said the growth will continue in the fourth quarter.
