Guree re SPX.

Stochastics may well cross on the way up signifying some kind of rebound BUT --- the bear market is confirmed.

And, only when the index penetrates the long-term moving average eg 200 day can one consider that the bear market is over.

And, that looks to me a long way off.

Guree, what say ya about this?

stratfor.com

"Generally Patriot groups define themselves as opposed to the "New World Order" or advocate extreme anti-government doctrines, fearing the growth of government bureaucracies and intrusion upon civil liberties. Such groups are likely to enjoy a resurgence in interest, membership and activities as the government adopts more stringent security measures."

I wonder if GATA and/or other "anti-conspiracy" goldbug groups are on the list?!
