Simply as a footnote, I would bring to your attention Charleymane, that there is a NYT article today that is trying to present a "balanced view" from US academia perches to tone down the Sufi's 80% of American Imams are Wahhabi statement in the post of yours to which I am responding. Pointing out the erroneous thought that we American's post 9/11 bombing horrors in NYC/WA/PA are supposed to somehow take comfort in the NYT assertion today that instead of 80% it is more like 25% is the ultimate in absurdity. It is my understanding that we are basically, as a nation looking at 2 doz perps in this 9/11 attrocity, having detained 700+ more and looking for an additional 200 if the current FBI numbers are to be believed. And we have between 6 and 10 millions of these Muslims on our shores? GOOD GOD! If NYT is correct today, and we have "only 25% of American Muslims are Wahhabi muslims" then that means we already have here, stateside between 1,500,000 and 2,500,000 of these American haters living among us. And it only takes about 2 doz to take down two skyscrapers, kill 6,000 plus people from 60 global nations and take out 3 airline sets of passengers and a chunk of the Pentagon. GOD HELPS US! g_t
