I had an unsettling thought a bit earlier this afternoon, and it did not involve what would happen if Tom and Rich met in a dark alley. What are the odds that Big Loaden has left instructions to his various cells about destructive activities to undertake when he is captured or killed? All the more reason that your idea of ending his time of this earth in a very discrete and quite manner is a sound one.
