I love it susie ...another Tom Jefferson quote for my collection

;-)

sometimes it's fun to go back and live in their shoes...
just in your imagination .

Ben Franklyn was once riding wildly on horseback trying
to catch a small wind~twister with a rope . LOL They weren't
perfect , but you had to give them all "A's" for curiosity
and effort...they were the most industrious people.
It was a pivotal time in History.

No they were "individuals" , and I think that the reason
there was the need for the seperation of church and state
in America , was God's way of telling the world ,
that religion is a very ,very personal and
individual thing .

Not forced or coherced...and written in stone. The first
law of "thou shall not kill" came from the Hindu, long
before Moses. One of the first things Moses did after
coming down from the mountain , was to order the deaths
of 23,000 of his fellows .

Strange world isn't it ?

My first answer to anyone who wants to talk about the truths
about God is ....go out into the desert for 40 days and
nights alone , and be alone with yourself &
your "creator" , then come back
and we'll talk more about

God/Allah/Siva/Vishnu/Jehova ....

Like Forest Gump ...just go on an extended walk~about till you meet yourself . Surprising things happen when you look within, no Mullah or Priest can tell you what you will find
there, ever.

Jefferson knew this very well...
