The ONLY reason we could justify the use of tactical nukes was if we had convincing evidence that he was holed up in some deep bunker that convention penetrating warheads could not destroy. Such an explosive would be the equivalent of an underground nuclear explosion and create relative no physical fall-out. However, the political fall-out would be incredible and probably not worth the risk. Nukes are defensive weapons... or weapons of last resort.. If they are never used, it will be money well spent. Hawkmoon
