I did not read all the details of the case, but it was the Minnesota Mafia (people that were managing the fund) that invested a large portion of the funds in a Minnesota company that went up in smoke. <g> There were people involved with the pension fund that were personally invested in this company and made some serious money. There are a few folks that are/will be doing jail time, but obviously the courts did not find sufficient funds to cover all the losses. Joan
