TI2, yeah, looks like that wingding thing is a fake. Somebody must be smart and creative, hope he doesn't join the terrorists who are also smart and creative (for the wrong purposes).

As for the LEAPs --- it has never been better like this time to own them. I'm talking not only AMAT Call LEAPs but for all the Good Tech Companies around. It's a Dart Throwers market. During the late 70s, I threw with my Ball-Pen instead of a dart on a San Jose Mercury Business page containing about 40 Silicon Valley stocks (now they number in the hundreds or maybe thousand). My Ball-pen consistently outperformed the Paid Analysts Picks.

I buy everything even Out of the Money Call LEAPs as my Cash permits. Last Friday, with 64 dollars left in cash, I got 1 Call LSI 2003 Jan 50 at 35 cents/sh. LSI is at 12 and most if not All Hi-techs are trading below 50. Of course we know most of them were trading at 50, 100 or more during the last Top!

Stocks do come back to go near or surpass their All Time Highs like AMAT does ... but it may take some time. That's why LEAPs with 16 months (2003) or 28 months (2004) life in them are safe considering we are now At or near the Bottom.

(If only LLTC located in my City of milpitas have LEAPs. During a visit in 1998 I was surprised that among the Hard Working Employees there --- 75% were Filipinos)

"urban legend".

How can you call this an urban legend, it’s not.

It is just an irony.
