Yes X...and something unexpected and universally good comes out of all this tragedy ...and what is to come . and people's lives were given not for nothing ... If you just project into the future, and how much must first we all must go thru to get to that place finally , where even the US will not need her weapons of mass destruction. We are/must be heading in that direction ...but how many quarrels , alliances done and undone, theologies modified , flare-ups and little wars ...all the children that will be born and grow old have children , become grandparents and die ...then a new cycle ,till the world shapes itself anew... To think that these conditons we live in now , will only always continue , is not an option . It's far to costly in terms of human suffering and dangerous. We should create safe havens more often where the youth of the world could come and mingle and study together and take back to their lands fresh impressions of each other . And spread he word. Sort of a cultural Olymic Univerisity or mini united nation's ....that could be funded by all the nations of the world . And the greatest minds of the ages can be studied from each land , by these young , and the greater history of the world taught to them . So they are not trapped by their locality and such, and can know the many other paths of other men ...of an Arostotle or the rise of democracy. To let them learn the true causes of things...not just the superstitions...the nature of justice and equality. I am in favor of this , rather than waiting for a greg's or mohammeds perfect heaven, locked behind scriptures and seperate pearlly gates. And it's doable .
