From what I can tell, he lost most, if not all, of his inheritance trying to build roads in Sudan.....apparently he is not much of a contractor/businessperson...the cost overruns on those roads were horrendous.<<<<<<< Where did you hear this crap??? Osama reportedly has over 300 million. Most news quotes claim bin Laden's fortune to be around $250 million. According to one article the Sudanese roads were estimated to cost $50; however, with cost runs they came in at around $300 million. The Sudanese refused to pay the difference....you do the math. BTW take up your spelling concerns re soony with Mani...that's where I first saw the word spelled.<<<< I looked it up in my dictionary. Sunni is the plural of Sunnite; and is pronounced like soone. There is no word for soony in my dictionary. You are getting the pronunciation mixed up with the spelling. Mani's religion is Islam. I copied Mani, assuming he knew the correct spelling. I was joking when I said take it up with him since you both voted for Bush. The real message I was trying to get across is why make a big deal of the misspelling. A simple comment would have sufficed. They're numerous spelling errors made on these threads every day. If everyone chose to point them out, that's all we would do...discuss spelling errors. Again, I have better things to do with my time. ted
