i think u.s. erred in siding with secessionists from yugoslavia and screaming that defenders of yugoslavia were war criminals. minorities in yugoslavia were allowed to create their own countries by force and aided by u.s. in doing so. then the majority became the minority in the secessionist states and the u.s. turned a blind eye to their being persecuted by the intolerant minority which was now the majority after the gerrymandering. u.s. and most vocal american jews consistently backed muslims in europe and have not received appreciation from muslims.
