Well the survival rates of children out of the womb many month shy of 9 are increasing every day.

So what percent survival rate means that an abortion should not be allowed at a defined time after conception, but that a forced delivery and intensive care should be mandated. This human life can be cared for by others just like a delivered child can be given up to adoptions.

If this human can survive outside the mother and have a high probability of survival then no abortion and forced delivery if care facilities are available.

This I consider a reasonable course of action based upon your definition of when life begins. It's also illustrates why I consider your idea foolish or bankrupt of logic.
