Gottfried, of course that is correct. However, I think it unlikely that long term rates will come down. The Fed model is based on the 10 yr. rate. This will probably not be affected by cuts in short term rates.

Al, if interest rates come down more, that might make up for reduced SP500 earnings in the Fed model.
