Where did you get these references? For example, George Washington does not even mention Jesus in his last will and testament virginia.edu Others such as JQ Adams revealed nothing close to the quotes presented in your post.

Thomas Jefferson did a lot of things inconsistent with what I consider to be right according to the Bible, but I have no doubt about this -- God did bless this nation from the start and blessed these men who came together to establish a form of government where the powers of government were limited so that freedom to serve Him would be there for years to come. Do we treasure these freedoms as we ought? What should we be willing to do to preserve or reaffirm them? Thanks for posting.
