You forgot to take out the Pro Forma to get GAAP earnings to compare apples to apples. About $0.40 or so next year. At $0.27 Intel's forward P/E is more like 71.48. Intel is grossly over valued in even this market.

intel .50 .67 .18 34%

why would you think that intel's pe should be 46% higher given the above?
