But it makes a point.

There are so many "realities" floating around the globe that it is impossible to have a unanimous view of any person or State. All States operate in their own self-interest (as I have said before, ad nauseum), so in that regard everyone's in the same boat. Of course we have enemies and our behavior, as is everyone else's, has not been pristine. But we do our best, and have done more than anyone else.
