Ray, I get into tripod.com okay, but not the .mil sites. It doesn't surprise me, though, considering what's been going on, but I don't think it's due to DDOS. It's a more likely bet that those sites are intentionally turned down due to security reasons, similar to the way many sites were shut off during pre-announced virus threats, and when the clock struck midnight during the moment of Y2K transition. I'll check the ISP boards and report back if it's what you suspect. FAC
