Wow! Robert Fisk's How Can the US Bomb this Tragic People? was a very good read. Fisk wrote with wit and irony. But, as usual, some American "patriots" will see it as trash or simply put it "on ignore". Are you bothered by the list and the veiled threat that is implied. I am not! By calling me names, one AH thought I would slink away in silence and post no more. Apparently, he had also hoped I would be castigated and even be lacerated by the others. I guess that that is one of the objectives of the threat. How puerile of the list makers! Rightly or wrongly, I think there have been two persons posting under the same "Lorne" name; one of them is a senior and the other a young person. Note that "NO" was used to mean "KNOW"?
