Hi Frank,

Actually, what I suspect is exactly as you state, that the sites are intentionally not available on the public Internet. The other suggestions were highly speculative, in the vernacular. :)

The only reason I was uncertain was because the .mil sites didn't have a standard "Access Denied" error message.

BTW, do you have a handy URL that lists error messages by number, such as 404-file not found.....? I couldn't recall the number for Access Denied, I thought it was 405, but couldn't find anything to confirm or deny....
