Today's TV reports about the crop-dusters possibly being considered by the fanatics as a vehicles to utilize Weapons of Mass Destruction. The Fed. gov't must be concerned; no crop dusters now allowed within 3 miles of major populated areas. My concern is if the gov't can't even stop drugs coming by air under radar screens, how could it stop WMD canisters being opened and dropped within its own borders?????? Or any country's borders that has a free society??? When the suicide fanatics don't have any value at all for life. Germ and biological could be catastrophic in scope. THE ULTIMATE TERRORISM! Actually the quote was sent to you as a general matter of issues nothing to do with abortion. My mistake for not making it clear. I had posted it on another board. I thought it was clear that it was related to the attack on this country and the intellectual battle associated with it not abortion. I am well aware of Ayn Rand's views on religion. She ends up being shunned by both the right and the left. The feminists shun her because she is pro capitalism and the right shuns her because she is an atheist. However she was the greatest speaker for the rights of the individual(the SMALLEST MINORITY) not the latest favored group of the day. She correctly believed that if the laws protect an individual than there is no need for laws protecting a group. I do not believe that any person in this century has spoken so well and with such powerful arguments based on pure logic and reason defending and explaining what capitalism actually is. It is from her that I gained my understanding of the statist concepts and the danger they present.
