Michael M. Relax. Why didn't you just tell us... ...in the first place that your travel agency biz was what was making you so angry? This is something that you can do something about. I would doubt that lashing out at several people on SI via PM and otherwise has helped you very much at all. If you wish to talk about what you're experiencing with your business, some of us might be willing to listen. But not if you run around blindly shooting innocent neighbors, if you will, on SI.
