So, the Russians are expanding their military capabilities, Wow! What the hell do you think we have been doing all these years, ever took a look at our defense budget and how it grows each year? Besides, the Russians can't make too many things other than war material and they sure need all the revenue they can get their hands on! FYI, the source you threw out has no credibility to me.
