Market Rally: My indicator of 1yr Nasdaq Business Expectations (3 to 6 wk lead) has risen for a 3rd consecutive week, although at a moderate rate, despite the post-attack worries. If it doesn't fall back too far in the weeks ahead, or rises further, we'll have an end to the decline we've had since May 22nd. Since the indicator bottomed a bit over 3 weeks ago, there's no guarantee that we might not go lower first. Contrarian sentiment measures are generally showing high pessimism, except for the Magazine Cover indicator.
