jcholewa, Ever hear of the Turing test? The ultimate test of an AI, according to Turing, was to allow it to communicate with the world via a screen and keyboard. It was the human's task to determine if he was engaaged in a dialog with a human or a machine. Several systems that more or less took a few keywords from what you said and added some standard phrases and bounced them back at you were able to convince many people that there was a person at the other end...., albeit a psychotic one. I rest my case. Bill
