Tench: What issues are you talking about?

The P4 seems to be a tad weak on the decode-side of things (using SIMD helps here as well). And the small trace-cache would probably need to be doubled to really take advantage of HyperThreading.

WannaBMW seemed to indicate that HyperThreading might actually sport a double "front-end", but I wasn't able to get a good sense of it from the Intel documentation that I have skimmed through.
