I think we're having communication problems here.

To me, buying on the faith that the U.S. economy will recover is both patriotic AND fundamentally good investing. And picking up shares on the cheap is taking advantage of a good opportunity, which goes right along with the patriotic slogan, "The Land of Opportunity."

That's the patriotism I'm talking about, the kind that blends pragmatism and national pride.
