Inc. (NYSE:SBC - news), which owns a 42-percent stake in Prodigy said it is
making a tender offer for all outstanding shares at $5.45 per share. SBC rose 56
cents to $44.81.

Thanks Art, I saw that. Still holding about 250 shares of ALA, fortunately I got rid of the rest at 20 and above if I recall. Also holding a few 2003 leaps.

Everything has been holding up OK for me, I am probably 75% cash. I did get nailed on a NVLS over the big break though, but slowly making it up here and there. Hope all has been well for you Art!
