Just to be entirely clear, we're talking QCOM bid or ask, during regular market hours, 25.0000 or 69.0000, whichever (if either) hits first, eg. if the stock hits 25.0000, you'll get a US dollar bank draft from me for the price on that date of 1 oz of gold, and the bet ends there.
