Any idea what aspects they are going to investigate? If it is the fact that MRVC decided to merge in stead of spinning off, it seems to me that they do not have much of a case. If it is the underwriters that are being investigated for price fixing, then SEC is already looking into this in general, right?

P.S.: Did not know there is a World Trade Center in Baltimore...
