I would say that any guess at this stage is just that, a wild ass guess. External events are in control of the market's sentiment. New lows out paced new highs by over 40 to 1 on Friday, a testament to the fear factor that's overwhelming the market's psyche. The next terrorist attack or the initial retaliation by the US and it's allies will give us more data on where we go from here. All the contrarian statistics on Friday said to buy but there was still an avalanche of selling going on.

Can the SOX sustain a rally? Sure. WILL the SOX sustain it's rally? Too many variables to answer that question with conviction, imo.

FWIW, The recent Book to Bill wasn't that great, it could stifle any decent rally....
