The former commander of the Soviet Union forces in Afghanistan has also noted that the possible US attack would be very crucial politically and economically for America.According to BBC, the US possible attack on Afghanistan is the main topic for the Russian politicians nowadays. Gorbachev has described US decision to launch attack against Afghanistan a big mistake. Gorbachev told the German Television that the US should not forget the humiliatiing defeat of the Russian troops in Afghanistan. Gorbachev was the first Russian leader who admitted Soviet attack on Afghanistan in eighties as big mistake. The former commander of the Soviet Union army in Afghanistan and the Mayor of Moscow city has said US attack on Afghanistan would be a big tragedy. He said the attack will create economic problems for the US.
