I heard a report on the radio a few days back. An interview with a veteran of the Gulf War who spoke fluid Arabic. He said that following the war, he'd tried to get a job with one of the security agencies. He applied to the FBI, CIA, NSA and a few other alphabet agencies. The FBI rejected him outright because he was forthcoming enough on his application to admit that he'd smoked marijuana while in college. C'mon. It's time for the FBI to get a life and move into the 21st Century. J. Edgar has been dead and gone for some years now.
