With all your ranting and raving about life I would think you would be picketing the California broccoli growers for cutting stalks before they flower. At least you would be protesting the cows and pigs going to slaughter. Baby seals? It would seem that it is not life that you are interested in, but particular kinds of life. It's not a great leap to think you are talking about the partular kinds of life that know they are alive and think about the future. That is the life that I give priority to. TP
