The Jews were not allowed to leave from all the Arab countries, like in the USSR. Letting Jews to go out was an obvious fact that they weren't happy, thus that the country policy toward them was a failure, something no country likes to accept. As it happens, in Morocco, some Jews came back from Israel, because they hadn't adjusted. The were treated to radio talks, etc. But the same national radio had never stated that the Jews left, they had just returned. Now, till the eighties at least, no one was entitled to a passport even Arabs. For a passport you need connections my friend. Then for travelling, you needed money abroad. But you were not entitled to take more than ten $, and account in foreign land were illegal. That was and maybe still is the reality in many of those countries, definitely Iran and Irak, for the few remaining Jews. Now, on the other important subject of hatred, will you dare call me a liar or not ? I need that answer
