That's exactly what my trainer is with me: a yenta who knows my capabilities and weaknesses (wine, anyone?) and who will call me on my stuff. It's been exceedingly difficult to go to the gym these past couple of weeks (for one thing, it's almost empty, as the Coast Guard and nuclear sub personnel are all gone), but she's kept me on the beam. I'm grateful for this. I'm reading X's highly-recommended book "Bee Season" tonight and hoping for some good junk TV.
