Very good point, though I think given the recent cash dividend announcement, that is unlikely. It is also possible that they expect a negative announcement due to loss of WTC office.

I also wonder if GX will trade debt for more equity and dilute shareholders further like LVLT. Query shorts leaning toward this? Does anyone else figure they would issue new debt at lower rates and retire the higher priced debt, thereby enhancing cash flow for future quarters.
